I recommend using
chips if you are not cooking with wood. You can get the same flavor when cooking with charcoal or gas. Try different chips
on different meats until you get the taste you like. I use them all at different times to keep people guessing what kind of
wood I used. This is a great brand and I'm sure you will enjoy as much I do.
