At 73 years young I'm still learning.

Yes I cook with beer and have been for many years. I cooked with it for years before I started putting it in food and found out how good it made the food taste. No two people have the same taste when it comes to cooking. I found years ago by experimenting with different foods and beer  sooner or later I would hit on the right combination that would satisfy the taste. When I did I left it along. Each time I cook I use the same amount of ingredients so the food will taste the same each time. This does not stop me from experimenting with new things.
Owning five different bars and a night club over the years cooking became a great past time and money maker. Out of that wild world of excitement I have settled down to a family life of entertaining friends and neighbors with a cook out now and then for what ever is in demand at the time. Since I do the cooking at home I stay in practice.
